ADWC  Terms & Conditions:  ADWC will provide supplies needed for entertainment. For Face painting, please provide 2 chairs in a shaded area free from extreme weather. Typically 17 children are painted within an hr.  We supply all of the material to create.If children are not playing with care; the host is mandated to ask the child to exit the area.  Parents are asked to stay near to assure their children behave in the appropriate manner.

 

Payments: A 50% deposit is required to secure your time slot. The remaining 50% balance is due before services are rendered and must must be paid 7 days prior to your event. All Payments can be made via Cashapp ($adwckids),  Venmo (@adwckids), Paypal (paypal.me/adwckids) or Zelle. Payments can be charged 7% tax and/or 7% service fee.

Parking Fee: Party packages do not include fees for tolls, parking, park entry, valet, or anything as such. The fees are said to be reimbursed before services are rendered.

Late Policy: Please take into consideration that when you book your event, you are bound to your time slot. We may not be able to assist you if you need to extend your event time.

Time: We try our best to arrive within 30 mins of your suggested time. Some parties are further than others, we will let you know of time changes. We apologize in advance.

Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you choose to cancel the need for our services. You must cancel 72 hours prior to your event to receive a courtesy change of date. If later, we may not be able to accommodate you. The deposit fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. 

 

Weather Conditions: Cancellations due to inclement weather must be made at least 1 day prior to the event. We will always do our best to accommodate our Customers if activities are canceled or postponed due to poor weather conditions. However, once we are at the event full payment is due.
